Gutter Clearing
The increased incidence of heavy rainfall in recent years, particularly in the West of England, means that roof debris is becoming dislodged and finding its way into gutters. As they become obstructed water cascades over the gutters, failing to reach the building’s storm drains or water butts and, instead, overburdens street drains and sewers resulting in localised flooding.
The Bawden Group’s grounds maintenance teams will keep a regular check on your buildings’ gutters to ensure they remain free from obstruction. They operate strictly within the requirements of the Working at Height Regulations 2005 and, where access is difficult, use either a cherry picker boom lift or your building’s own integral access equipment.
